What's better for you, the broccoli leaves and branches or the stalk? Is there any nutrition in the stalk?

The leaves and branches provide the most nutrition because of the increased amount of folic acid as compared to the stalk.





Additionally, MOST of the fiber is contained in the leaves.

Broccoli is very healthy for you. I think the leaves and branches have more nutrients but the stalk has more fiber. Eat it all.

Brocolli has idol-3-carbinol in it which is very good for men. It has anti-estrogen effects and it will get your sex drive higher if you eat alot of it.
Reply:I would think the leaves and branches because they're greener and greener = more nutrients, usually. Darker colors, I mean.
