Google Earth uses satellite images that are usually a few years old and changed rarely. They aren't usually detailed enough to show people on the street or outside their house.
GPS-enabled phones can be tracked down so I recommend setting the GPS security option on your phone to 911 only. This should be an option in your settings somewhere on your phone. It is very difficult to obtain this information even if you are sending it along with every call you make so leave it on if that's the only other option.
The GPS data on your phone is only sent during phone calls unless you use a phone with a GPS navigation system, which is pretty rare.

i noticed in my backyard today there is a corn stalk growing by my fence it is about as tall as the fence im sure its a cornstalk but the thing is we never planted any corn??? we dont have a garden we used to but it never had corn in it how can a cornstalk just appear out of nowhere????? and when is corn in season?

My bet would be on squirrels - they bury nearly everything. It's also possible that birds dropped it. My bird feeder provided me with a great stalk of millet - sprouted up wild and I left it. The cardinals love it. And anything will sprout if it's a healthy seed and given the right conditions. (Plants will photosynthesize above 50 degrees F, so even though it's cool I've still got impatiens sprouting and blooming.)

Can an IP address be traced? Is it necessary to hack a computer to trace or stalk stalk a person?
Is it true, that the only "security" you need to be safe from stalking (or other personal intrusions such as hacking) is to "keep your mouth shut?" Should someone be "cautious" or "concerned" or just ignore this type problem completely?

What makes stalkers.... well stalk people?
i know it has to do with an obsession but really underneath that. are these people socially awkward? fall under some mentally disabled list? do they have hallucinations that over come reality? is it what the movies have me believe?

I believe a lot of it has to do with fantasy. They lose touch with reality and have fantasies about their targets. The brain does not differentiate between imagination and reality. In other words, having intense fantasies itself can be the source of their attachment to their victims.
They also tend to "prey" on those who are unobtainable.
They idealize their targets, believing that their victims are their soul mates.
They seem to have attachment problems, perhaps an anxious attachment style.
I also think these kinds of people are often very lonely and isolated, but use fantasy to compensate for their inhibited social lives.
And perhaps when a relationship has ended, they use fantasy and denial to continue the relationship.
Of course, I am talking about stalkers who stalk for intimacy purposes here. There are many types of stalkers.

If you have a multi-switch, (signal, wipers, etc, all hooked together inside the column) you do not want to replace it yourself. The air-bag has to be removed and replaced. Most small shops will not even try it. Call the dealer to double check. Maybe you will be lucky and it doesn't have the multi-switch, but I would bet it does. I have not had experience with the Vectra, but in the family we have replaced multi-switches in Ford Escort, Chevrolet Cavalier, and Buick Regal. Most modern cars have a similar system, and they all break down in the signal switch part it seems. Good luck.

Reply:No you need to remove the 2 cowls on either side of the steering column, you can then remove the indicator mechanism,there are 2 plastic clips that hold it in place.

The Police Officer was stunned and had a smile on his face. But the Officer did tell me to stop stalking the guy, because he was getting SCARED. I guess he got the picture and never stalked my friend from that point on.
Now that I think about my actions. I'm glad the guy wasn't a psychopath, lunatic or a murderer. I would have been in deep crap if that was the case. lol

I was told years ago the idea is that Bugs would burrow into the softer Rice Stalk material to hibernate for the Winter to lay their eggs.
Then, just before Spring, workers would cut them off and burn them, thus destroying the hibernating bugs and their eggs.

Don't prune any trees, shrubs when trying to bloom. Pruning promotes new growth, promoting new growth after the tree/shrub has fully bloomed (leaves have fully developed) is ok. But not while it is flushing, the tree/shrub is using stored energy to flush the buds. The tree/shrub is not producing "food" if there are no leaves on it. The leaves are where photosynthesis takes place to produce "food". So pruning prior to that uses up the stored "food" energy that would normally be used for leaf flush.
Pruning stimulates now growth of shoots and woody parts. It is ok to prune after leaf flush to promote new growth but let the leaves develop first.

Plant cluster is dense. There are a few shoots growing out from main clump. Doesn't appear to have spread very fast but grew quickly in the spring. Leaf shape is not the typical bamboo, notl ong and slender.

One of my bamboo stalks is turning yellow? Is this due to being overwatered?
I have a small, desk-sized bamboo plant with three stalks. I noticed that one of the stalks is turning yellow and I'm not sure if this is from over or under watering. I always try to make sure that the sponge has moisture and I usually fill the water to the top of the container about once a week or so. The rest of the plant is completely healthy and happy, except for this one stalk. Does anyone have any knowledge of where the yellow color is coming from or any advice for me?

There is nothing you can do but give it a chance and if it starts to turn brown and then it is dead and you should throw it away. And sometimes they just turn yellow randomly. Just part of keeping them. Good luck with it.

Try control alt delete, see if there's any kinda key loggers in there. Other than that look for programs you don't recognise and investigate them. Or long shot, look up those type of programs, and type the names you find into the search option on the computer. There may be better ways but those are my ideas. The guy that did it to me wasn't smart enough to register the program, so it crashed my full screen programs asking me to register this weird program I had never heard of.

I have had this plant for 5 years but recently, the leaves have started turning yellow and about a month later, there are black spots appearing on the stalk. What is happening and can anything be done?

Often this is found around the base of the branching where it comes out from the culm, and is known as balck sooty mold. The cause is aphids, which secrete a substance that eventually molds. Often times this will be accompied with a nitocable amount of ants as they "herd" that aphids, using the secretion as a food supply.
Use of a pesticide such as Bayer Advanced Garden Tree and Shrub works great to get rid of the bugs if this is the case, and a hard blast of water will remove most of the unsightly mold.
If it is a nutritional deficicency feed it some high nitrogen fertilizer. Bamboo is grass and it loves nitrogen.
As a last resort you could cut down all effected culms and just wait for the new shoots to spring up.

little stalk without a wrinkle means young child just starting to grow (stalk) and no wrinkles child hasn't aged to have wrinkles and also may mean hasn't been influenced by the world and caused to have prejudices or judgments of others.
dark ceiling without a star means ...no knowledge good or bad has been implanted in the child's world and the ceiling can be filled with wondrous things taught by the teacher or that the mother can add to the child's world
Basically a child is born innocent and like blank pages in a book... those in their world teach them all things...people can add love and joy or hate and prejudices... this person talking to the child wishes to add joyful and wondrous things

I have 12000 in debts due to a divorce I have no ability to pay its so horrid will they always stalk me?
I Have moved 2 times since and they always are able to locate me and my cell number. I have been thru so much with the divorce and what he did to me. The charge cards were my sourse of food and clothing for myself and my daughter until I found a job. I have a job and have been working for 2 years now I am able to pay rent and provide a life for us not any extras but I am OK! Finally! I dont make alot now but I am standing back upright! I feel no one will ever want to marry me with this 12,000 debt over my head.(various cards) If I were to ever get married will the creditors come after the new husband. It has been 3 years now. keep the essentials example mobile phone with prepaid card if possible.
don't sell all the things as some items are very basic needs!!!
if you have a house over your head, find appreciation you have a roof top.
if you have a job, tell your creditors you have a job but also lots of repayment and you are divorced with many other creditors but you are willing to pay by instalments.
aim to pay back the creditors but not at your total expense!!!
have some cash for basic expenditures and simple meals.
everything is start from basics and simpleness.
i took about 2 to 3 years to repay my mobile phone debts and it is very tough but i made it and so can you!!!

This is how you dig yourself out of debt. Also, cut up your credit cards, or put them on ice, literally. Freeze each credit card in an ice tray so it will be harder to use, and you'll thereby have more time to think about whether or not you really want to charge more on credit. (Hint: You don't.)

I mean, I know they are obviously mentally unstable but in my job, I've come across three fully fledged stalkers within less than a month - all have been so smitten with someone they've turned up at their homes, work, and generally where they know the other person will be, but How can they believe this other person will respect or love them after posting knives through their doors?!

So one time when I'd maxed out my answers and votes I decided to go through his best answers giving them thumbs up. I must have done 140 of them, the first 7 pages. I think I also did the same with Renee, quite a few of dodd's, all of Fallen From Grace and possibly some others.
I also answered most of their questions, and went into their Q%26amp;A page to see if there were any new ones. I also answered most of the same questions they did, seemed easier than finding my own ones to answer.

Other than that, sometimes I look through others' questions and answers to get a better idea of what kind of person he or she is. Some people are very deep and sensitive and they are the ones I'd like to get to know better.

It all started with a question by Dr Green who mentioned the Point Fairy, which sounded fun. So one time when I'd maxed out my answers and votes I decided to go through his best answers giving them thumbs up. I must have done 140 of them, the first 7 pages. I think I also did the same with Renee, quite a few of dodd's, all of Fallen From Grace and possibly some others.
I also answered most of their questions, and went into their Q%26amp;A page to see if there were any new ones. I also answered most of the same questions they did, seemed easier than finding my own ones to answer.
Oh bugger, I am a stalker!
