Yes. Everything from thermal imaging, to hearbeat monitors, to ultra-microphones.

To see them no to hear them YES. these systems and devices are your good old fashioned bugs to a laser pointed at a window or wall depending on the material. The vibrations going through the material are measured by the laser and translated into sound. The other way is a large bulky dish that can hear conversations through windows or doorways. You can stalk a person if you put on a transmitter on them or their vehicle. These devices are sold to parents who give them to there children usually disguised as a watch. At present there are no devices that can see through walls that is just in the movies. However there are endoscopes which have small cameras which can be inserted into small holes or cracks they look like black snakes you see them used in movies and medical shows.

Reply:Of course. You probably don't have to worry because the Government isn't so cruel to sell the information it collects to advertising companies worldwide. (Although, if it got away with it, it could help pay off the National Debt - or the IRS could collect all the unpaid taxes and have money left over)
