The paparazzi do it all the time!! Also, how about taking pictures of someone that you don't know, and sending to the Enquirer.
Why isn't it illegal for people to stalk people?
I don't know why it isn't illegal but the paparazzi is insane. Good grief I remember them showing an actress leaving a restaurant and there were just flashes and people everywhere. That's scary. I guess you could say that's the price of fame though.

Personnaly I don't see what all the big hubub is all about as the stars do or used to anyway have photo sessions for the media .
