i found one on honda automotive parts. it ain't cheap but we're talking new here. however, if you have patience and you can live with a broken one for a while, light switches/ combo switches can pop up on ebay onve in a while. also for a car of your vintage, it is wise to check the forums because there are always helpful tips and articles as well as other enthusiasts selling some stuff at very very attractive prices. check out red pepper racing they cater to your generation civic. links below
