Should I trim of dead stalk after bloom?

My foxglove has been beautiful but the flowers are falling off. New stems of flowers are growing? I just need to know if I should cut off the dead ones when the have finished.

Should I trim of dead stalk after bloom?
Foxglove is a biennial it lives for only two years you should leave them on and let them sit seed to ensure future populations. If they look terrible leave only one or two used stalks. Or you can wait until the seed pods dry and collect them and plant em where your want em. It's not a reliable enough perennial to count on to come back every year.
