Science project with food coloring and celery stalk?
Capillary action I think.
Reply:Um how about "The celery stalk will turn red because the red food colouring travels up the xylem tubes and is transported to all parts of the celery."
Reply:maybe that the green will sort of change the darkness of the red or that the green will show through a little or that the flavor will/will not change because of the coloring.
