Can cops stalk you? And what should I do if a cop is stalking me?

This cop has been stalking my home and my car..Posting parking tickets on my car with no court date or anything...For about 3 days he has been coming down a dead end street and turning around and leaving...I shouldn't in living in fear!!!...

Contact the Police department, and request to speak to his immediate supervisor.
Reply:If it's a cop, we call it a stakeout. What did you do?
Reply:They can. Legally? Probably not. Maybe they have a reason. I would confront them, or speak with internal affairs at the local police office. It's your choice to live in fear of them, I wouldn't.
Reply:video tape it, set up security cameras to dvr's or vhs recorders. document it all. Then call IAB.

Say nothing. Get video. Hire an attorney. In that order.
Reply:Yes a cop can because a cop can say that they had legal reason to even if they really do not. Heres what you can do. Next time you go to your car, drive to the police station, and tell them that you have a stalker.
